Refund policy

At Global Spice Specialty Foods, LLC ("Global Spice"), we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Because our products are consumable food items, we follow special rules for returns and refunds — please review carefully before ordering.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Any opened product
• Any product that has been tampered with, unsealed, or repackaged
• Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

This is standard practice for consumable food products and is in place to protect all of our customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
