Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Global Spice Specialty Foods, LLC. This policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from our facility in San Antonio, Texas. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT may ship the following business day.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $6.99 (3-5 business days after processing)
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders of $35.00 or more (3-5 business days after processing)
- Express Shipping: $15.00 (1-2 business days after processing)
Where We Ship
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are based on carrier averages and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and postal holidays may affect delivery timing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information in your Shopify order confirmation. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after receiving your shipping notification.
Shipping Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we cannot change the shipping address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at sales@globalspiceco.com and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed pickup, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
